Thank you for visiting and shopping at RECABABY.MY (A RECASHOP Malaysia Direct eRetail Channel). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (West Malaysia & East Malaysia excluding restricted area)
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays (Malaysia national or state declared).
Orders will not be processed until the payment is cleared (Interbank transfer).
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We will not be able to ship to order with incomplete delivery address.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We primarily use the following delivery providers, we will select the provider based on availability and ship-to location.
We may use other delivery provider based on the availability without prior notice to customer.
Deliver delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
No-Show, Unattended Delivery or Returned to Sender
RECABABY.MY is not responsible for the product / parcel re-delivery if you are not available to receive the item when the item is being delivered at your designated ship-to location. Please contact the delivery provider to arrange for re-delivery.
If the item is returned to sender due to error caused by RECABABY.MY, we will re-arrange the delivery to you with no additional charged, otherwise a re-delivery fee with handling charge will be charged to you prior to the re-shipping.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RECABABY.MY is not responsible for any customers and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost
RECABABY.MY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaned goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
Please visit our International site if you would like to purchase and ship it to an address that is out of Malaysia.
